i've not heard of neteffekt before, who are you?
we've had our heads down working hard, take a look in the left-hand menu to see some of the ecommerce projects we've been working on.
how much does your solution cost?
the way we charge is that there is an initial project set-up fee to design and develop your solution and then there's an ongoing service fee for hosting, support, maintenance, feature upgrades amongst other things. each project is different so give us a call to talk through your requirements.
what is the minimum commitment term?
12 months
who supports my online shoppers and answers their questions?
you retain the relationship with your clients and we're there to help you resolve issues and provide information whenever you need.
will I need training or is there a help system?
it's unlikely you'll need training as the system is so easy to use. there a loads of help guides to get you started and we're there to help if you need us.
can you provide training if I need it?
yes, and we can provide online sessions where we can walk you through the solution (webinar type thing)
can we use our own designer to create our website?
we can take a design brief from you and we can stick to any guidelines you already have. no need to use another design agency though as we do everything as part of the project set-up cost.
can we import our existing customer accounts?
yes, we can do it for you as part of the set-up or your can do it yourself through our control panel.
can I sell to consumers and businesses?
you can, and we have a wide range of different ways you can go about doing that from multiple store fronts, b2c and b2b modes, full business account management tools and more.
can the solution be integrated into a back-office system?
yes, we have a fully documented xml connect interface that makes integration into SAP, Sage, Progress, Vision and loads of other solutions a breeze.
