email marketing sender reputation & deliverability
dedicated mail servers
email sender reputation is all tied the ip address of the server sending your messages. many email service providers will send your messages from a pool of shared servers where you have no control over your reputation.
we're different! we provide all of our clients their own virtual dedicated mail server as standard!! allowing agencies to be in full control of their own reputation without worrying about the impact of other users.
...and if you want your own physical dedicated server for your clients then we can handle that too.
domain keys identified mail (dkim)
our mail delivery platform can (optionally) digitally sign all your outbound messages using the domain keys system (read up on this on wikipedia). this enables remote mail servers to verify mail being sent by the owner of the sending domain to verify it's not a forged or spam communication.
if that all sounds a bit complicated, then don't worry our support team is on hand to help with the configuration and setup.
list cleansing & data hygiene
attempting to send emails to "dead" or "inactive" addresses over-and-over again uses up lots of costly computing resources at the major ISP's and this quite rightly has a negative impact on your sender reputation.
our solution is loaded with automated cleansing features that can be full customised to handle all of your requirements - by cleansing data based on failed messages, returned messages, user opt out requests & complaints and spam reports.
spam & complaint feedback Loops
some complain that its a fact of internet life but even when your list is strictly opt-in people may have forgotten they have purchased from you or subscribed to recieve information in the past. what's important though is how you respond to that complaint...
we've made things easy for you by integrating our solution with the automated feedback loops provided by AOL, Yahoo! and Microsoft. your complaints are tracked, cleansed and made available as stats and downloads via the reporting dashboard.
participating and acting upon the responses from these schemes is a great way to boost your sender reputation.
respecting remote server resources
at peak times it is not uncommon for major email providers such as Yahoo! to request you slow down the rate at which you're delivering messages. not responding to these requests can lead to delivery problems and can have a negative impact on your sender reputation.
your dedicated mail server is pre-configured to respect the sending limits published by the key service providers. whats more, it will activley monitor server responses and manage delivery rates as and when requested to do so.
the solution we provide ensures your sender reputation starts building from day one!
